Getting started
We like to make the transition to Gurgl as smooth as possible, we provide email support with all the information, video tutorials with all the basic functions, and documentation.

All the links to these assets will be sent to them automatically once they have created their account, not dependant on the plan they have chosen. Even if you have started your free trial, you still have access to all the help that any other user would receive.

End-of-contract data extraction
We have function where you can export all the information you have collated whilst using Gurgl, this will export all your data with all your necessary fields. You can export all your contacts information into the form of a CSV. file.
End-of-contract process
Cancellation notice required is not dependent upon the account type, the standard cancellation notice required is 1 month.

We need in writing (email is accepted) a request to cancel the account.

When your account has been cancelled, all the information stored will be permanently deleted.

Gurgl reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, at any time. Gurgl has the right to terminate your account for any reason, should this happen your account will be deactivated and deleted.

Differences between the mobile and desktop service
The desktop and mobile versions of Gurgl are virtually the same, except the dimensions of the mobile versions differ dependant on the device you are using. You can still access all the features you would on desktop on mobile including mailer, insights, CRM etc.

Description of customisation
The dashboard can be customised in the sense that you don't have to sign up to website tracking, and social media management.

Every Gurgl users account is different because of the information in their CRM, lead tracking and email campaign statistics etc.

One major aspect that can be customised is the email campaign system, users can choose between CKEditor and BEE Editor (HTML & Drag and Drop). Then you can design your own custom templates with either HTML or drag and drop, and tailor this to your branding and design.

Gurgl is hosted by our servers, which aren't affected by the amount of users being active. All sign ups to the marketing platform will not be affected by the amount of users, they will still receive the same service with all the necessary start up documents and tools.

If your price plan includes paying for support, no matter the demand we will still provide support to the best our ability by offering email and phone support and answering any queries our users may have.

Availability and resilience

Gurgl is a marketing CRM platform accessible 24/7 with provided support from 9:00 - 5:00 every weekday (not including bank holidays) if your price plan includes support. There should be no reason as to why Gurgl cannot meet guaranteed levels of availability apart from when the platform undergoes maintenance which is stated in the privacy policy. The other reason as to why a user would not receive guaranteed level of availability is due to breach of terms of use, stated below:

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms of use in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the products, prohibiting you from accessing the products, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the products, contacting your Internet service provider to request that they block your access to the products and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Customer responsibilities and/or requirements in support of this Agreement include:

• Payment for all support costs at the agreed interval.
• Reasonable availability of customer representative(s) when resolving a service related incident or request.
