Our company cars are 100% electric and we deliver at premises where the energy is 100% renewable. As a cloud-first organisation, we help to educate our customers about the environment benefits of cloud and elastic computing, sharing resources to reduce the environmental impact of large services standing idle for long periods of time. We seek to ensure that our customers consider scalability and sustainability in the design and build of new IT services and systems, reducing dependency on physical hardware and considering how solutions can be delivered on a range of devices to maximise the service life of IT equipment.

Covid-19 recovery

We have always offered remote and hybrid working to employees and sub-contractors, and as a result suffered no loss of service during the Covid-19 pandemic. We find that this model promotes resilience and also supports workers with caring responsibilities, disabilities or simply different working patterns to be able to participate fully in our service delivery. We utilise best of breed remote working and collaboration tools such as those provided by Microsoft 365 but can also adapt to other platforms as needed. We encourage flexible working and personal accountability through shared task management systems such as Jira and Microsoft Planner.

Tackling economic inequality

We partner with other small, diverse SMEs mainly in Yorkshire and seek out opportunities to collaborate with other female-led microbusinesses. We adhere closely to our payment schedule and monitor this monthly to ensure we meet 100% invoice payment on time. We work with our partners to develop skills and share learning, enabling staff to maximise their potential and deliver value to their customers.

We seek to work always in a highly collaborative way with our customers, building a strong community of users to codesign solutions, whether large or small. We believe in the ‘one team’ approach to build strongly integrated solutions.
