Once a project has successfully been awarded we will work with the customer to initiate a project kick off meeting. We will use a dedicated Project Manager to ensure timely delivery. We also work on a time and material basis to assist internal IT/Business teams with their digital transformation goals. Our Project management comprises six key phases: Pre-Project, Kick off, Design, Readiness, Delivery & Go-Live with various QA checks built in. EDRM solutions can be delivered using SharePoint and we have vast experience of successful projects in various sectors including Housing.
Fully trained, experienced consultants deliver training on site at clients premises or on request (if appropriate) at TSG offices. We can also deliver Training remotely via MS Teams and recorded for re-use.
