How the planning service works
TSG work collaboratively with clients to ensure we deliver project success. During pre-sales phases we deliver sessions to enable an understanding of how the M365 / Office 365 Platform can be utilised to provide tangible business benefits and ensure and assist our clients in defining their strategy for M365 / Office 365 success and what the benchmarks for success will be for an EDRM project

Once a project has successfully been awarded we will work with the customer to initiate a project kick off meeting. We will use a dedicated Project Manager to ensure timely delivery. We also work on a time and material basis to assist internal IT/Business teams with their digital transformation goals. Our Project management comprises six key phases: Pre-Project, Kick off, Design, Readiness, Delivery & Go-Live with various QA checks built in. TSG support is lined up to commence at go-live.

How the training service works
TSG provide full training for Microsoft Office 365 and can cover all elements of features in the Office 365 suite.

Training for specific EDRM users and training for IT teams to maintain the EDRM solution is provided.

Training on use of PowerApps, Teams, Flow, Sway, Power BI, OneDrive, SharePoint can all be provided to assist staff at various levels whether user level or IT/developer level.

EDRM solutions can be delivered using SharePoint and we have vast experience of successful projects in various sectors including Housing.

Fully trained, experienced consultants deliver training on site at clients premises or on request (if appropriate) at TSG offices. We can also deliver Training remotely via MS Teams and recorded for re-use.

TSG have a MCT Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Support levels
TSG provide System Care support for M365 / Office 365 & EDRM solutions. Contracts are built on an agreed number of tickets support per annum on either a 12 month or 36 month contract and include product updates and consultancy as a service (CAAS)

These tickets can be used on the support desk to cover telephone, remote support and CAAS days used for on-site consultancy where required, plus to apply product updates.
