• We advocate and proactively promote software/applications that support remote working and online meetings with clients and suppliers. Our policy is to minimise offsite meetings and where this is not feasible, encourage staff to utilise alternative methods of transport that minimise our carbon footprint.
• Our offices are located centrally and conveniently, our staff are encouraged to utilise alternative methods of transport such as walking, cycling and use of public transport. Where feasible staff located over 30+ miles away are encouraged to work from home for the majority of the working week.
• As a technology company our staff are fully trained and well versed in the use of software and aids that support remote working, online meetings and virtual collaborative environments. We actively encourage, educate and support our clients to adopt the use of these tools in their wider business to support their social value targets.
• We have arranged the reconditioning and redeployment of computers no longer utilised by our clients to a local school for reuse, thereby reducing emissions, water and raw materials associated with buying new computers for the school.
