For every engagement, 4ThoughtDigital assigns a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who serves as the primary point of contact for our clients. This TAM has substantial experience in the specific field or domain related to the engagement. The TAM's role is crucial as they provide support to the delivery team, act as the first point of escalation for any issues, and facilitate intelligence and continuity across multiple projects. The TAM is responsible for ensuring that all administrative or contractual queries are promptly resolved.
Depending on the specific requirements of the assignment, support is offered both on-site and remotely, utilising email and phone. Our flexible support model allows meetings to be held on-site or at our offices. Standard on-site support is available from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Support outside these hours, including weekends and holidays, can be arranged upon request.
