- How the planning service works

We kick off with an initial consultation to thoroughly understand your requirements. This involves analysing your processes, objectives, and the specific needs that cloud hosting or software services must address. Our approach is to simplify complex technical jargon, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the proposed solutions.
Following this, we develop a bespoke implementation plan tailored to your organisation. This plan considers your existing infrastructure, identifying the most suitable cloud hosting or software options to enhance your operations. We meticulously plan the integration process to minimise disruption and ensure a smooth transition.
We also establish a clear timeline, outlining key milestones and strategies to mitigate potential challenges. Our focus is on maintaining operational continuity throughout the implementation phase.
Post-implementation, we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your team is proficient in utilising the new systems. This includes ongoing assistance to address any queries or concerns, ensuring you maximise the benefits of your investment.
Our objective is to provide a seamless, efficient, and effective implementation process, enabling you to leverage cloud hosting or software services to achieve your goals. - Planning service works with specific services

We will work with the selected vendor(s) to leverage all services and materials they offer as part of their own onboarding process, including leveraging any allocated Customer Success Manager (CSM), self-serve knowledge portals and anything else offered.
We'll put together a plan to make best use of this for the team(s) involved, as well as helping create any tailored materials needed. This will include new starter onboarding, and ongoing ad hoc materials. The emphasis will be on the range of ways team members will need to access and utilise these, as well as the ease of ongoing maintenance and upkeep.
The implementation plan will include training and the various formats relevant to the project and team(s), whether that be remote, in-person, self-serve, drop-in sessions or otherwise.
For example, cloud platforms regularly perform improvements, enhancements, upgrades and refreshes. Every time something changes, any recordings and/or screenshots in existing guides and materials will need updating, to maintain them accurate. Having these in an easy format to maintain up to date is key. - Training is tied to specific services

We adopt a structured approach to ensure a seamless transition to the cloud or between cloud services. This is divided into key stages:
Preparation and Planning: We conduct an inventory of your applications, data, and infrastructure to understand the scope of migration. This includes identifying dependencies, potential challenges, and defining success criteria.
Migration Strategy: We develop a customised migration strategy to meet your specific requirements. This strategy outlines the step-by-step process for moving applications and data to the cloud (including data cleanse, if needed).
Execution: With a detailed plan in place, we proceed with the migration. This involves data transfer, managing deployment and environment configuration, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to your operations.
Testing and Validation: Post-migration, we help with testing to ensure all systems operate correctly. This includes performance, security, and compliance testing.
Optimisation: After successful migration, we focus on optimising the cloud setup. This involves cost optimisation, performance tuning, and implementing best practices.
Throughout this process, we maintain clear communication, providing updates and involving your team in key decisions. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient migration, enabling you to leverage the full benefits of cloud technology. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

- Support levels
- The types of systems we work with will be supported by the chosen vendor themselves, not by us. We can offer general project support, not system-specific support. This will be in whatever format we agree at the project outset. For example, we may decide and agree that for 1 month when going live, we will provide weekday remote training support through Slack and Teams, ready to screenshare and/or address any queries within a specified time as teams get used to the new system.

Fighting climate change
We're deeply committed to combating climate change, reflecting our founder's personal ethos in our business practices. Our approach is rooted in sustainability, leveraging technology to minimise environmental impact while fostering a greener future.
We operate remotely, eliminating the need for a physical office and significantly reducing our carbon footprint. This decision not only decreases energy consumption but also cuts down on daily commutes, aligning with our dedication to lowering emissions.
Our reliance on renewable energy sources, including solar panels and renewable energy tariffs, underscores our commitment to clean energy. By choosing sustainable energy, we contribute to reducing the reliance on fossil fuels and encourage the shift towards a more sustainable energy infrastructure.
The founder's choice of an electric vehicle for business use further exemplifies our commitment to eco friendly practices. We also champion the circular economy, making mindful choices in our procurement processes and daily operations. By prioritising products and services that are sustainable, ethically sourced, and eco-friendly wherever possible, we support a system that values reuse, recycling, and responsible consumption.
We embody a green philosophy, integrating sustainable practices into our operations. We believe in leading by example, demonstrating that businesses can thrive while making a positive impact on the planet.Equal opportunity
SaaSy Software is founded and led by a female entrepreneur, and we are deeply committed to fostering equal opportunity within the tech industry and beyond. As a female-founded company, we understand the challenges and barriers that can exist, and we are committed to breaking these down, throughout all our touch-points. Through our actions and advocacy, we strive to create a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive world.Wellbeing
We champion a culture that prioritises mental and physical health, offering flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance. Understanding the pressures of the tech industry, we encourage regular breaks, provide resources for mental health support, and foster an environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing their well-being.
Our remote-first policy not only reduces environmental impact but also allows our team members to create workspaces that suit their personal comfort and productivity. We believe in the power of rest and recuperation, ensuring our colleagues have time to recharge.
