This means a user of the chatbot can hear the chatbot and speak to it without needing to see it. Even basic live chat text can be converted to speech using a Chrome browser. - Hostcomm uses an Intrusion Detection System which identifies compromises using "agents" deployed on all network assets. When one is found an alert is posted on the technical support dashboard and an email is sent to the Technical Support Manager and Security Officer and a incident ticket is raised.
