Within this timeframe, we collaborate on the vision document, determine the functional and non-functional requirements, as well as the user and volume requirements. This ensures that the necessary software and hosting can be provided as part of the solution, taking into account the specific needs. Additionally, Evoke will assess the data migration and ongoing data retention requirements during the Discovery phase to ensure the solution is prepared for future needs.
