GK will engage with all stakeholders as part of the “planning” stage, essential to ensure readiness for the transformation journey.
We believe in forming a partnership of trust and collaboration with an agreed outcome. We will share our agile approach; detailing roles & responsibilities, confirming scope, assumptions, project timescales and milestones, ensuring that all dependencies and business considerations are understood and that timescales are achievable.
We will provide a system overview to the project team which will aid understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM, the opportunities offered by implementation of application and our established best practice processes. The senior director leading the project will work closely with you to:
(1) Ensure the right people have been identified for the project delivery team
(2) Determine appropriate project governance and project reporting
(3) Produce a detailed project plan with milestones
(4) Undertake a stakeholder workshop.
(5) Monitor and report to sponsors.

- GK have a collaborative team approach, so our team is available both virtually and in person when you need them. We will flex our project management to fit our clients by following the client's approved methodology. Within these guardrails we utilise our "Agile" framework and back this up with our Prince2 project management experience and Oracle's Unified Method (OUM) project management approach to ensure Oracle's proven implementation processes are used in our projects. The implementation and migration life cycle includes; design, development, testing, training, implementation and support. Our experience in extracting data from legacy source systems and then transforming and loading it into Oracle EPM Cloud puts functionality and usability are at the forefront when we design and configure the systems. Approved design documents will guide the development after which it is recognised that often it is not possible to foresee all outcomes and requirements at the outset. Therefore, we offer (reasonable) flexibility to adjust specifications as part of the process. All necessary training and documentation required will be provided as part of the delivery in addition to Oracle's standard official documentation. The success factor for GK is our clients exceeding their expectations, with as little noise as possible.

GK will engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure all concerns are addressed and action taken to course correct.
