• How the setup or migration service works: Taloes Consulting offers full software set-up and data migration to Cloud technologies. We adopt a "Trickle Migration" approach for all complex projects. This allows us to take an incremental approach to migrating data. Rather than aim to complete the whole event in a short time window, a trickle migration involves running the old and new systems in parallel and migrating the data in phases. This method inherently provides the zero downtime that mission-critical applications requiring 24/7 operation need. A trickle migration can be implemented with real-time processes to move data, and these processes can also be used to maintain the data by passing future changes to the target system.; ; Our main priority is always the safe physical transfer of data from the source(s) to the target without disruption of the business. Resources will be identified from similar engagement team to carryout QA activities; Some of the activities that would be part of Quality Assurance are:; • Verify Project plan, Design and Development strategy, Testing strategy, Risk register to ensure completeness and usability.; • Component Flow Documents and Component Technical documents ; • Code Reviews using automated tools to enforce coding standards and guidelines. ; • Verify critical unit and System Integration test cases and results.; • QA report highlighting improvements needed.; ; Taleos Consulting has a proven performance testing and measurement methodology. As mobile and web applications are network dependent we ensure that the applications are latency tested.
