Boomi Standard support is included at no charge with all Boomi subscriptions. Our Boomi 24/7, free-phone support covers only Severity 1 issues (production down).
The cost of Premier support is 25% (35% for Premier Plus) of the total annual subscription price, including extra data source connections, add-ons, and upgrades. This gives a wider range of contact options, improved SLAs and unlimited case management.
Support must be purchased alongside the software and cannot be purchased standalone.
