Clarion will identify and manage the demand and capacity necessary to achieve the desired outcomes. We collaborate closely with our clients to ensure a clear understanding of the impact any disruption to capacity may have on delivery. The analysis of demand and capacity will inform planning and estimation tasks, and Clarion will continuously monitor both throughout the lifecycle, enabling future fluctuations to be better incorporated into delivery plans.
Clarion's Risk Management solution adheres to best practice principles, facilitating successful transformation outcomes by identifying risks and opportunities, assessing their impact on delivery, and determining suitable mitigation measures. The Risk Management solution collaborates closely with the Delivery Management solution to explore options that foster positive outcomes. This solution engages with clients to ascertain the most effective risk management process, taking into account both potential threats and the client's risk appetite.
Clarion will identify and manage dependencies associated with the delivery management of any large-scale transformation throughout the delivery life cycle. Ensuring that owners are aware of and fully accept the dependencies and their impact on delivery.

Fighting climate change
Clarion are committed to effective stewardship of the environment, as evidenced in our Carbon Reduction Plan and our ambitious commitment to achieving net zero emissions by 2050. Through a combination of strategic initiatives and everyday practices, we actively contribute to reducing our environmental footprint and promoting sustainability. One of the key aspects of our environmental stewardship is our commitment to transparency and accountability. We publicly report our scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions scores, ensuring that stakeholders have access to accurate information our environmental impact. This transparency not only fosters trust but also enables us to track progress towards our emissions reduction goals.
In addition to reporting emissions, we prioritise resource conservation and waste reduction through our recycling programs for paper, plastics and other other materials, which minimise the amount of waste we send to landfills and reduce our overall environmental impact. We also recognise the importance of energy efficiency in mitigating climate change. As part of our efforts to reduce energy consumption, we use energy-efficient lighting throughout our facilities. By using LED lighting and other energy-saving technologies, we not only lower our carbon footprint but also realise cost-savings over the longer term. Furthermore, our commitment to environmental stewardship extends to our employees. We offer flexible working arrangements, including opportunities for remote work, to reduce commuting emissions and promote work-life balance. By empowering employees to work from home, we not only reduce our carbon footprint but also enhance employees’ satisfaction and productivity.
As a small company, we are dedicated to effective stewardship of the environment through a combination of strategic initiatives and everyday practices. We aim to reduce our environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable future for all.Equal opportunity
Clarion is dedicated to tackling workforce inequality through anapproach that prioritises diversity, inclusion and opportunities for all. Our commitment to equality is exemplified by our achievement of the Silver Award in the Armed Forces Covenant, demonstrating our support to veterans and their families in the workplace. We address workforce inequality is through partnerships with a local charity, where we provide career advice and mock interviews for individuals aged 16-25 who are struggling to get into work. By offering guidance and support to young people entering the workforce, we aim to break down barriers to employment and create pathways to success for the next generation. We also offer opportunities for young people to gain valuable work experience and skills during a placement which helps them develop confidence, build networks and explore potential career paths.

Clarion’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of all stakeholders, including our suppliers, customers and staff is paramount and central to our organisational ethos : People make the biggest difference. We recognise that fostering a culture of wellbeing not only benefits the individuals but also enhances overall productivity, satisfaction and community engagement. We understand the importance of Psychological Safety (PS) in the workplace. We are committed to creating PS in teams, where people can express themselves without fear of negative consequences to their image, status or career. Psychological Safety helps individuals and teams to celebrate their diversity, uniqueness and idiosyncrasies. Our work supports teams to build relationships and trust, understand each other’s perspectives and become comfortable with potential conflict.
We promote an open and supportive environment and run THRIVE, a programme for our people where we deliver varied initiatives which support mental and physical health, prioritising awareness campaigns and support services. We support our staff by ensuring equal opportunity to flexible working, providing access to high quality offices but also the opportunity to work from home or at customer sites when required. We support our people to engage in activities outside of contract delivery which support their wellbeing such as volunteering within the community and charity work. We also provide access to comprehensive health benefits, including mental health resources and wellness programs.
To measure progress we have established baseline measurements of the team’s health and wellbeing, such as absenteeism rates, employee engagement levels and employee satisfaction surveys. We have set specific goals and targets for improving our baseline measurements as we strive to create environments that support and promote holistic wellness. By investing in our workforce and offering products and services that prioritise health, we aim to create positive outcomes for individuals, communities and society as a whole.
