Service constraints
The audit is primarily delivered remotely and requires appropriate access to the Moodle platform, hosting environment, and relevant documentation. Findings are based on the configuration and information available at the time of review. Remediation and implementation of recommendations are not included unless separately contracted. On-site sessions can be provided by prior agreement and may incur additional cost. Audit outcomes may be limited if access to systems, logs, or stakeholders is restricted.
