Multiple modules are available for different types of service planning i.e. Out Patient service planning, PTL planning, AHP planning, A&E planning, and the Job Plan Match module has different configurations for different services.

Our services are availabale 24 hours a day 7 days a week, We ensure >99.9% average monthly application uptime. In the event of necessary site maintenance, this is completed outside of standard working hours and clients are notified in advance when maintenance is occuring, and the length the site will be unavailable.

The Align Platform has stringent information governance processes which encompass policies, training, and testing our staff must adhere to. Administrative access to the hosting and data environment is secured to white listed IP addresses and Multi-Factor Authentication when accessing all data. External verification is achieved through assessment against Cyber Essentials Plus.
Our data centre provider, Azure, provided by Microsoft, adheres to the Security Classification Definitions as described in the Government Security Classifications Policy (GSCP). This is outlined and defined in Azure Service Trust Portal and forms part of their overall integrated management system, which consists of UKAS / APMG / NCSC accredited systems. Notably; ISO 27001, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC3, FedRAMP, HITRUST, MTCS, IRAP, and ENS. All are regularly audited for compliance by an accredited certifying body. These standards require our provider to have robust controls in place to manage data, documents and records.
