Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
Me Learning's helpdesk will lead this process from start to finish. The platform takes approximately 7 working days to configure once we have received your build template. We'll work with your designated project team to ensure the system is configured to meet the training needs of each user.

Once configured, our helpdesk team will train your admin staff on how to manage the system. This is all done remotely and to accompany this we have a dedicated Form LMS Guide site. Here sits our full training guides, user documentation, tutorials and FAQ: https://support.melearning.co.uk/hc/en-gb.

Post go-live, the helpdesk team are available to provide ad-hoc support through phone, e-mail and video conference (Teams). Customer's are provided with direct contact details to the helpdesk.

To further support our customers in the onboarding process, we assign an account manager to ensure any onboarding SLAs and KPIs are met. This account manager will then remain as your first port of call post go-live.
