Where processes are unstable, poorly documented, or subject to frequent change, additional discovery may be required before automation can proceed.
The service does not include the provision of software licences, infrastructure hosting, or 24/7 managed operations as standard. Security approvals, system access, and change controls remain the responsibility of the buying organisation and may affect delivery timelines.

We provide a single standard support level delivered via email and online ticketing during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Support includes guidance, issue triage, and resolution for services delivered by Hudson & Hayes. We aim to respond to support requests within one business day. Requests received outside working hours or at weekends are responded to on the next business day.
Standard support is included within the agreed service fees at no additional cost. Enhanced or extended support arrangements, such as additional coverage or ongoing support beyond the agreed scope, can be discussed and priced separately if required.
We do not provide a dedicated technical account manager or cloud support engineer as standard. Support is delivered by the delivery team responsible for the engagement, ensuring continuity and clear accountability.
