End-of-contract data extraction
Schools can export their data via Pupil Pathways or create a support ticket for data to be provided via CSV download.

On revoking school access, school data will be deleted within 18-24 days. From the point of when the data is deleted, Pupil Pathways will hold the data for a further 17 days in backups at which point it is then permanently deleted.
End-of-contract process
Data is deleted as per the given retention timescales in our commercial service agreement.

Schools manage the transfer and access to their data entirely through the Pupil Pathways platform:

1. App requests access to school data (via wonde) or separate data upload for other MIS or data providers i.e Local Authority
2. School notified of app request
3. School controls the request via Wonde School Data Management and Pupil Pathways school connections
4. Data integration is complete
5. Data is only shared if a data sharing agreement is in place with another school

We do not have an office network or VPN. All staff connect to software services via the cloud with a range of technical controls to meet Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 standards to ensure data is protected in transit.

Pupil Pathways also operates a green procurement system; working with suppliers to ensure products are made from sustainable sources and are recyclable.

In-line with government objectives to achieve ‘Net Zero’ carbon emissions by 2050, Pupil Pathways is actively committed to continuing our own in-house Net Zero journey.

By the end of 2025, Pupil Pathways pledge to monitor and publish:

- Savings in CO2 emissions.
- Savings from renewable energy measures in CO2 emissions.
- Car miles saved each year (cycle2work, card share, public transport, 5 days a week hybrid working).

Pupil Pathways also pledge to explore a carbon offsetting scheme making our business (as a cloud-based solution provider) carbon neutral.

Tackling economic inequality

6into7 Ltd (Pupil Pathways) support the National Living Wage. On average, we pay our employees more than the prescribed threshold.

Pupil Pathways work with local stakeholders in communities experiencing a significant digital divide to support the provision of digital skills, training and support through local competitions, workshops and support materials.
Tackling economic inequality are actively supporting the Liverpool City Region and Greater Manchester Combined Authority Social Value Framework for providing local jobs, tackling inequality and combatting the climate crisis.

Pupil Pathways also provides apprenticeships, university placements and local employment opportunities, for example, actively working to improve the pathway to sustainable employment through apprenticeships and work experience (via the Government Apprenticeship scheme and our local authority clients), mainly supporting ethnic minority and disadvantaged groups.
