Schools can export their data via Pupil Pathways or create a support ticket for data to be provided via CSV download.
On revoking school access, school data will be deleted within 18-24 days. From the point of when the data is deleted, Pupil Pathways will hold the data for a further 17 days in backups at which point it is then permanently deleted. - End-of-contract process
