We tailor solutions to specific customer needs. This means no implementation plan or service is "vanilla" or out-of-the-box.

When helping customers plan how we will implement our services we are looking at several different things:

Teams / Projects involved, Governance / Communication protocols, Project / Programme size/structure, End goal or desired state , What good looks like Key challenges/obstacles to implementation , the Onboarding process, Key stakeholders / champions

Each customer has a different level of planning needed via the nature of their organisation or internal structure. We have been working with customers since 1998 to implement a range of services whether that be Agile Transformations, Organisational Re-design, Technical Advisory or Learning Academies.

We look to understand specific needs, processes, people and cultures and then embed this into our deliverables.

Training is our heritage! We offer Training and Development services for every single one of our services.

You can purchase training as a standalone service or even as part of a wider engagement. We have one of the largest learning portfolios of any organisation in our industry.

We do this in several ways. We can help customers change their ways of working and align the flow of work to new tools or technology on the cloud.

We also have a dedicated migration practice that moves customers' tools to the cloud. We carry out the assessment, planning, testing, and migration configuration to ensure a smooth transition to the cloud or between cloud services.

We have a Chief Architect who oversees all cloud migrations and service offering around cloud migration.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
As a services company, our focus has to be on delivering tangible value and ensuring quality in delivery.

We have a dedicated team when working with customers who focus on ensuring we are driving towards a customer's desired goals and needs.

Our Quality Assurance process includes:
- Ensuring the right team structure and cultural alignment
- Providing support from people with relevant industry experience
- Regularly conducting retrospectives and demos (with customers involved)
- Creating measurements and metrics around performance increase
- Conducting and communicating NPS scores
- Regularly inspecting and adapting

Quality can mean different things to different customers - sometimes it could be saving costs, sometimes it could be increasing predictability, and sometimes it could even just be having expert guidance and strategic coaching.

We build a customer's needs into our delivery and quality assurance process.

For some of our more technical work along with the above process, we also conduct performance testing in the form of testing, performance monitoring and adhering to SLAs.

Fighting climate change

Cprime across the globe usually have private offices in hosted buildings. All of our offices in the UK have energy-efficiency lights, they turn off automatically when no-one is in the room. We ensure all offices have recycling bins, and we are about to roll-out a new cycle-to-work scheme.

We prompt a no printing policy - in fact, most of our offices now have no printer and are almost paperless!

We use an online system provided by Sustain Life to track our carbon footprint thought emissions, waste, water and buildings. This is conducted globally. This commenced within the past 12 months and will provide a baseline of our a. GHG, c. Energy Consumption and water usage.

We have an environmental policy for our Cprime EMEA, which acts as a roadmap to setting and achieving targets, we have provided this as an attachment.

Wellbeing

Our people are at the heart of everything we do! We believe how you feel, think and act shapes the heart of our culture and impacts how you interact with customers.

We have an Employee Assistance Program - which provides confidential support to our employees should they need anything. Mental help financial support and everything in between, this program has our people covered.

We also have given people funds to spend each year on their own Health & Wellbeing with our "Health and Wellness fund".

Cprime encourages flexible working where possible to ensure that work is flexible around the life of our teams.

We also run a UK sports day at a few of our offices to promote team collaboration, and morale-building, but also promote physical activity and is a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of work
