Fighting climate change
Equitas Inclusive Interview Software plays a pivotal role in combatting climate change with its entirely digital interview approach. By ditching traditional paper-based processes, Equitas slashes organisations' carbon footprint, saving over 1 million pages of printed paper in some cases. This substantial reduction in paper usage directly translates to lower energy consumption, decreased deforestation, and reduced greenhouse gas emissions associated with paper production and transportation.
Equitas influences stakeholders throughout the contract delivery, championing environmental protection and improvement. By advocating for a paperless interview system, Equitas not only delivers immediate environmental benefits but also inspires staff, suppliers, customers, and communities to embrace more sustainable practices. This fosters a culture of environmental stewardship and contributes to the global drive towards achieving net-zero emissions.Tackling economic inequality
We help level the playing field when it comes to socio economic opportunity. Talent is evenly distributed but opportunity is not. We help government departments capture their interview data, holding interviewers to account and ensuring that they are making fair hiring decisions no matter what someone's background is.
We also help healthcare providers hire from a global talent pool with candidates being sourced from 35+ different countries over the last 5+ years at Equitas.
By streamlining the interview process, Equitas fuels economic growth, empowering small-scale enterprises to scale and succeed.
Equitas is a game-changer for tackling unemployment, particularly for those facing barriers to entry or residing in underserved communities. By aligning with sectors experiencing skills shortages, it not only drives job creation but also upskills individuals, ensuring they're primed for success in growing industries.Equal opportunity
The whole reason we exist as a business is to ensure fair hiring. We've built the fairest possible way to conduct interviews at scale by using technology and process and after 10,000's of interviews across the globe, we've honed our approach to be inclusive and equitable.
Equitas Inclusive Interview Software is not just about efficiency; it's about creating equal opportunities for all. Our commitment to reducing the disability employment gap is unwavering. Through targeted actions, we actively increase the representation of disabled individuals in the contract workforce. We empower disabled people by facilitating access to roles they never might have interviewed for in the past, accessibility at the core of our platform. We equip employers with the tools they need to thrive in the hiring process and be inclusive by default.
Equitas tackles workforce inequality head-on. We proactively identify and address disparities in employment, skills, and pay within the contract workforce. By supporting in-work progression, especially for individuals from disadvantaged or minority groups, we pave the way for upward mobility and higher paid positions. Additionally, we take decisive action to combat modern slavery risks, ensuring a fair and ethical delivery of the contract, including within our supply chain.
Equitas Inclusive Interview Software isn't just about revolutionising interview processes; it's about driving real change towards a more inclusive and equitable society.
