We do not offer technical support services as they are not relevant to the services we provide, however CMC resources work flexibly to support the delivery of pre-agreed customer requirements: our consultants are available to speak to on the phone, via collaboration platforms or via email as our customers require. Standard availability is Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00hrs, but we do flex according to customer needs. We are used to working remotely and to adopting hybrid working. We are experts at facilitating workshops and other meetings virtually using collaboration tools e.g. MURAL, as well as face to face. We designate account managers who act as the primary point of customer contact, and assure quality and customer satisfaction.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
    • New apprenticeships on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b
    • Providing opportunities for, and measuring and monitoring of, staff workforce conditions over time, including employee engagement, involvement in decision-making and satisfaction and adapting to any changes in the results, with clear processes for acting on issues identified
