Support Levels
We provide comprehensive support up to 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Security Operations Centre (SOC) services as part of our standard managed support model. Our support structure encompasses Levels 1 through 4 (L1–L4), ensuring that all incidents, from basic requests to complex problem resolution, are managed effectively and in line with ITIL best practices.
In addition to remote support, we also offer field engineering services for on-site requirements, including hardware interventions, installations, and critical response activities.
Support Management and Escalation
As part of our managed services, we can assign a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) and/or Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee service performance, ensure smooth operation, and act as a single point of contact for escalation and service reviews. These roles provide proactive governance, continual service improvement, and alignment with the customer’s strategic objectives.

Support costs are determined based on the specific solution, scale, complexity, and required service levels. Pricing is tailored to the customer’s environment and operational demands, ensuring that support is appropriately matched to business needs. Costing is provided as part of the proposal and can vary depending on factors such as hours of coverage, response times, and volume of supported assets.
