- Description of accessibility
-
Platform is accessed through a secure, browser-based web interface and does not require any local software installation. Users can access the service from desktop, tablet, or mobile devices using a modern web browser.
Access is controlled using role-based permissions. Users can view, create, update, and manage records only within the areas and apps they are authorised to use. ZedX Apps has been tested for accessibility using common assistive technologies and recognised good practice.
Testing has included keyboard-only navigation, screen reader compatibility, and use with browser accessibility tools to check headings, labels, focus order, and form controls. The interface is designed to work with modern screen readers and supports zoom, text resizing, and high-contrast browser settings without loss of functionality.
Accessibility testing has been carried out during design and release cycles, with issues addressed as part of normal product improvement. Swiftpro Corporation Ltd continues to review accessibility feedback from users and applies improvements to ensure the service remains usable for a wide range of access needs. - API

Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
-
Swiftpro Corporation UK Ltd does not offer a formal availability service level agreement for ZedX Apps.
The service is deployed within the buyer’s own cloud environment, and availability is primarily determined by the buyer’s chosen hosting configuration and cloud provider. Swiftpro makes every reasonable effort to ensure the application operates reliably and supports buyers in maintaining availability through good practice deployment and configuration guidance.
No service credits or refunds are provided for availability levels not being met. - Approach to resilience
-
ZedX Apps is designed to be resilient by leveraging the resilience features of the buyer’s chosen cloud platform. The service is deployed within the buyer’s cloud environment, allowing it to benefit from cloud-native capabilities such as high availability, redundant storage, automated backups, and managed database services.
Resilience is achieved through separation of application and data layers, use of managed SQL Server services, and support for scalable infrastructure configurations. Datacentre resilience, including physical security, redundancy, and regional availability, is provided by the underlying cloud provider selected by the buyer.
Detailed architectural and resilience information can be provided on request. - Outage reporting
-
ZedX Apps does not provide a public status dashboard or outage reporting API.
Outage reporting is handled through the buyer’s cloud platform. Where deployed in Azure, outage alerts and service health notifications are provided by Azure and can be configured to send email alerts to the buyer’s IT and service teams. Swiftpro Corporation UK Ltd will also communicate known service issues to buyers through agreed support channels where applicable.
