Each customer benefits from a direct commercial account manager, Direct access to the whole support team and dedicated routes of management escalation.
Our standard services focus of incident handling, management and resolution. Our enhanced services incorporate further BAU activities that accommodate 90% of typical customer activities.
Further bespoke options can be supplied on request or where business requirements demand more cover or a more frequent delivery of administration.
These services do require a little more qualification and understanding of each customer's unique requirements. The tailored services are priced individually on request.

Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority
