Email and online ticketing support is provided for all engagements. Queries, requests, and issues can be logged via email or an agreed ticketing mechanism, depending on buyer preference.
Emails and tickets are acknowledged within one working day, with substantive responses typically provided within two working days. During active delivery phases, response times may be much faster by agreement. Support is provided Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Support is provided through a flexible, engagement-based model aligned to the buyer’s delivery needs. All engagements include standard support during UK business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday), delivered by senior consultants with direct knowledge of the work. Standard support includes email and phone assistance, issue triage, advice on emerging risks, and support for workshops, governance forums, and delivery planning. This level of support is included within the agreed day rates or call-off arrangements.
Where required, enhanced support can be provided by agreement. This may include increased availability, additional on-site attendance, or support during critical delivery phases such as policy design, assurance gateways, or implementation milestones. Enhanced support is charged at the agreed contract rates and scoped in advance with the buyer.
A named lead consultant acts as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement, providing continuity, accountability, and assurance. The service does not operate a separate technical helpdesk. Dedicated technical account managers or cloud support engineers are not required, as support is delivered directly by experienced consultants familiar with the buyer’s operating environment, systems, and objectives.
