- User acceptance testing: you will review and approve changes as needed with Versantus providing support and guidance
- Deployment: we'll execute the agreed deployment plan and thoroughly test post-deployment to ensure everything's as it should be
Where issues are found during any of our testing steps, details are logged in Jira, reviewed and prioritised, and
updates will be delivered in the regular sprint releases. For urgent fixes, we can apply hotfixes through an
accelerated review, testing process and deployment process.
