SEING is delivered as a fully managed service, providing end-to-end support throughout the customer journey. We handle system setup, onboarding, and team training to ensure rapid adoption of the platform. Our proactive monitoring continuously checks system health, camera performance, and cloud infrastructure, resolving issues on behalf of the customer and only contacting them when necessary. Customers can access self-service resources, including guides, FAQs, and video tutorials covering all platform features. Support is available via ticketing, email, phone, or by booking calls and reporting faults online. Each customer is assigned a dedicated Account Manager to provide ongoing guidance and act as the primary point of contact. Standard managed service and self-service support are included in the subscription, with optional enhanced services such as out-of-hours monitoring available for £9.95 per camera, per month.

Getting started
SEING is provided as a fully managed service, ensuring users can start quickly and easily. We handle full system setup and configuration, onboarding new sites, and installing cameras if required. Our team trains users on platform features and workflows. Proactive support ensures the system is operational from day one, with any issues identified and resolved by our team. Users also have access to guides, video tutorials, and online resources to reinforce training and enable self-service.

Users can customise SEING in multiple ways. AI analytics can be tailored to meet specific site requirements, while users can upload site maps and plot camera locations for intuitive visual management. User roles and permissions are fully customisable, allowing administrators to control access to cameras, features, and data. All customisation is performed via the web-based interface by authorised administrators, ensuring changes remain secure and controlled. Additional options include naming cameras, grouping them by site or group, and adjusting access levels to suit organisational needs.

Our service is designed for high resilience, ensuring continuous availability and secure operation. The platform is hosted in UK-based cloud datacentres with redundant power, network, and storage systems. Core infrastructure and data are replicated across multiple nodes to prevent service disruption. Proactive system health monitoring identifies and mitigates potential issues before they impact users. Outage reporting
Service outage reporting is provided via a web-based dashboard. If any devices go offline or experience issues, the system automatically generates alerts and notifies users by email, slack, telegram, webhook, or text. This ensures customers are promptly informed of outages and can take any necessary action. In addition, being a managed service, we will be in the background troubleshooting for the user.
