We have always offered remote and hybrid working to employees and sub-contractors, and as a result suffered no loss of service during the Covid-19 pandemic. We find that this model promotes resilience and also supports workers with caring responsibilities, disabilities or simply different working patterns to be able to participate fully in our service delivery. We utilise best of breed remote working and collaboration tools such as those provided by Microsoft 365 but can also adapt to other platforms as needed. We encourage flexible working and personal accountability through shared task management systems such as Jira and Microsoft Planner.Tackling economic inequality
We partner with other small, diverse SMEs mainly in Yorkshire and seek out opportunities to collaborate with other female-led microbusinesses. We adhere closely to our payment schedule and monitor this monthly to ensure we meet 100% invoice payment on time. We work with our partners to develop skills and share learning, enabling staff to maximise their potential and deliver value to their customers.
