How the planning service works
We will partner with the buyer and create an end-to-end strategy that covers: Plan, Provision, Manage, Use, Pay and Closure. Cigniti would identify the service required (cloud hosting or support services) and help the buyer plan on resources, infrastructure, timelines, provisioning, communication model and usage terms for business analysis, solution design and security architecture. Cigniti will facilitate in provision of infrastructure, set up the required tools and initiate the QA strategy. Cigniti will also conduct Quality Assurance / Test activities by executing the test cases and publishing defect/dashboards. Cigniti will automate the test processes for Setup, Pre-migration and post-migration of QA activities on the cloud infrastructure and applications. The following test types are taken into consideration during planning - API, Database, Performance Monitoring, Degradation, Provisioning, Could Portability, Performance, Distributed Cloud, Multi-Tenancy, Security Monitoring and Migration. Cigniti will conduct regression testing and complete the test process on cloud applications/environments and then releases the resources of the cloud environment. Cigniti will charge only for the usage of resources, tools and infrastructure. This will help in reducing the CAPEX and OPEX costs of the buyer

We would develop automation frameworks and scripts which will help organisations set up or move between cloud hosting and cloud software.
