In addition to day-to-day support, each customer is assigned a named Account Manager. We help users start using the service through a structured deployment and onboarding approach, supported by training and documentation.
As part of the deployment service, we install Power Framework for Planner in the customer’s Microsoft cloud tenant and carry out the initial configuration in collaboration with the customer. This includes briefing key stakeholders, configuring the solution to agreed requirements, and preparing the environment for live use.
We provide online training sessions tailored to different user groups, including solution administrators, PMO users, project managers, and report authors. Training covers system navigation, core functionality, administration, and reporting. Sessions are delivered remotely and may be recorded for reuse within the organisation.
Users are supported by clear documentation, including user guides and administrative guidance, to enable self-service learning and ongoing reference.

When the contract ends, customers can export their data directly from their environment using built-in Microsoft Power Platform tools and standard reporting/export features. This includes:

Accessing document libraries and attachments stored in SharePoint or Dataverse

As part of the deployment service, we perform the initial configuration of the solution in collaboration with the customer, aligning it to their terminology, processes, and reporting needs. Once live, further changes can be made using standard Microsoft Power Platform tools, with updates tested safely in sandbox environments before release.
Who can customise:
Following deployment, customers can choose the level of ownership that suits them. Authorised customer administrators and power users can manage configuration themselves, or customers can continue to use Power Framework consultants for some or all configuration activities. This flexible model allows organisations to build internal capability at their own pace while retaining access to expert support when required.

The service is designed to be resilient by leveraging Microsoft Planner and the Power Platform, deployed within the customer’s own Microsoft cloud tenant. Resilience is provided through Microsoft’s globally distributed datacentre architecture, which includes built-in redundancy across compute, storage, and networking components.
Microsoft Azure datacentres use fault-tolerant infrastructure, automated monitoring, and self-healing capabilities to reduce the risk of service disruption. Data stored in Microsoft Dataverse is replicated within the region to protect against hardware failure, with backup and recovery services managed by Microsoft in line with published service commitments.
