Web applications can be further supported through a browser or built in extension on both Windows and Mac. Our authoring environment is only constrained by requiring installation on a Windows machine in order to produce content. Content deployment via the QuickAccess client, extension, WebAccess Portal or the client's LMS is only constrained by the clients policies and systems available.

Tts provides a full breakdown in it's attached Service Description, As soon as tts receives an error report in accordance with this Agreement, the error report will be assigned a ticket number. An engineer from the Support team is allocated and the clients Professional Services consultant is also notified. There is no additional cost for support for SaaS clients with tts performance suite. The following response times apply:

Getting started
As part of onboarding, we carry out a number of workshops which includes on-site (or remote, depending on requirements) training. We also offer documentation both through our documentation portal and embedded within the application, and our free tts University which offers online training courses on a number of different aspects of our product.

Content created using the software can be accessed on any device via the browser. This content needs to be designed with mobile usage in mind. Content can't be created on mobile devices, only desktop. Any content that will open on a Windows Desktop can be imported and accessed.

Description of service interface
The content development interface allows content to be created and curated for end user consumption. This has been thematically designed in line with the Microsoft Office suite to facilitate faster onboarding.
The end user interface comes in two parts. The QuickAccess interface is a simplified sidebar allowing users to access content in their moment of need. The WebAccess CMS is a portal allowing users to navigate and consume content. Both are designed and branded according to customer requirements.

Description of customisation
The service can be customised at a number of levels. Content can be templated according to user requirements and branding / corporate guidelines - this branding is typically carried out by tts but power users can also be trained on this functionality. The end user views (WebAccess and QuickAccess) can be customised in terms of branding and functionality according to user requirements. This customisation is carried by tts with direct input and feedback from the users.

Our scaling policies dynamically adapt resources based on utilization, preventing one user's actions from affecting others. Metrics around content creation are provided through an Excel data export possible from the tool. This allows for analysis of timelines and run rates / turnaround time. For content usage/consumption, we have an analytics dashboard that provides an overview of various types of content as well as searches that haven't found content to help the content developers plan for additional content requirements. We can also utilise AWS QuickSight to allow users to build their own reports - this can include user details if required.

Nevertheless, AWS offers robust services for encrypting data on logical drives and storage containers, both underpinned by physical drives. tts extensively leverages these services to ensure that all data is securely encrypted at rest, employing advanced protocols and algorithms. Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
The service is available 99,5% per calendar month at the interconnection point ("agreed availability“). The availability of the service shall be calculated according as followed: total minutes per months = TMM; total minutes of unavailability per month = TMU; Availability = ((TMM – TMU) x 100)/TMM. The interconnection point is the router output of the date processing service centre.
Approach to resilience
Our service is designed with resilience and compliance with the AWS Shared Responsibility Model in mind. We leverage AWS features for high availability, with load balancing and auto-scaling dynamically adapting to demand spikes. Data is protected through backups and replication across multiple data centers. We enforce strict security controls, including prioritizing encryption and continuous monitoring of critical actions.
Comprehensive incident response and disaster recovery plans further enhance our service's resilience.
Outage reporting
Continuous monitoring of our application's health check status endpoint enables a rapid response to service outages. When an outage is detected, alerts are immediately sent to our Cloud and Support teams via our communication channels. Repeated alerts are triggered until the issue is resolved. This ensures continuous notification and enables a quick resolution by the relevant teams.
