- How the planning service works
- Our consultants use a number of frameworks and toolkits to help clients articulate and plan the delivery of their transformation goals with a focus on automation and sustainability. We work with clients to understand their current technical environments and target operating models, breaking down requirements into manageable workpackages with a clear understanding of the capability and capacity needed to achieve success. We then seamlessly work as part of a blended delivery team to meet their cloud hosting ambitions. We ensure that monitoring and control toolkits are in place throughout the full project lifecycle ensuring that projects are delivered within identified cost, quality and time parameters.

Fighting climate change
As a micro-business, we do what we can to minimise our carbon output and fight climate change. For any business-related travel, we only use personal transport (e.g. cars) as a last resort, opting for public transport (i.e. trains, buses, etc.) where possible. Our blended working model (working from the most valuable location, determined by ourselves, our client, and the environmental impact of travelling) helps to minimise unnecessary journeys.
As a consultancy that slots into client teams and works alongside them, we abide by all climate change/green initiatives set by our client and contribute to their goals where applicable.Covid-19 recovery
We are committed to following all government guidance to support COVID-19 recovery, including continuing to follow NHS infection control procedures when working at NHS premises. We use online methods of communication (e.g. Teams, Google Hangouts, Slack, etc.) as standard to allow a seamless transition to home working and social distancing should a similar situation occur in the future.Tackling economic inequality
We are looking into opportunities with our NHS clients to support their initiatives dedicated to tackling economic inequality. We sponsor a local grass roots football teams, providing members with funding to continue training and building their club at local level. This initiative allows them to take on new members, many of whom take the opportunity to network with other members/clubs, increasing economic opportunity. We also support public and patient engagement groups locally to reach out to the wider population and help them to understand how digital health works and how they can contribute.Equal opportunity
We are looking into opportunities with our NHS clients to support their initiatives dedicated to providing equal opportunities to prospective candidates. We will also consult with specialist agencies to ensure any future recruitment activities provided equal opportunities at every level.
We are planning to grow and it is within our culture to commit to working with reputable, specialist agencies to encourage applications from under-represented groups in the technology sector. Candidates would be provided with accessible documentation to further encourage those with special communication needs to apply. All assessments would be skills-based, eliminating any unconscious bias when determining a candidate's ability to perform the role.Wellbeing
We pride ourselves on understanding what a work life balance is for all staff and acting upon their needs. We also support the wider community by introducing young people to digital health, supporting local charities and sponsoring local football teams, providing our staff with opportunities to take part in activities with an emphasis on working as a team and supporting each other.
