- Söze is currently designed for Force cloud deployment in Microsoft Azure. Pure on prem installations are not supported; some proprietary system integrations may require bespoke development and a separate SOW. Mitigation: An API first architecture (REST/JSON) and standard export formats (CSV/JSON/XML) enable rapid integration to RMS/DEMS/data lakes. Bespoke connectors are delivered via scoped work packages. We can explore hybrid on-prem / cloud options with customers.

We apply a strategic approach to service level development, identifying target performance levels and timescales and refining these targets against measurable service metrics to provide transparency throughout the end-to-end service experience.
Targets in areas where key metrics can be recorded will be established as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These KPI’s are then included in any final agreed SLA ensuring expected performance standards are driven from the outset. As well as agreeing specific delivery based KPIs we also set strategic goals and targets aligned to client procurement motivations, driving contract improvements and efficiencies throughout the project or programme lifecycle. - Support available to third parties
