When you purchase an Atlassian Cloud subscription, you gain access to Atlassian support. The plan you purchase (Standard/Premium/Enterprise) dictates what SLA you will receive. Atlassian support provides access to cloud support engineers as standard. Enterprise plans also provide access to technical account managers.
We recommend New Verve's support plans if you require dedicated SLAs with phone and on-site coverage. We also recommend our plans for flexibility: there are no limitations on what you can ask.
