User manual PDFs covering all functions are also issued at mobilisation and re-issued by automated email ahead of new version releases. Access to the API needs to be requested, once set up has been completed C365 will provide documentation on how to access the API.
Our API exposes GET, POST, PATCH endpoints for many of the objects within our system.
The GET endpoints all offer a number of ways to filter and page the your data. Updates are made through the POST and PATCH endpoints. We also allow updating of custom data fields against all objects that define custom data, any work our customers do with these endpoints in often done in conjunction with C365.
We do not allows users to delete any of the core objects via the API, this will need to go through our Support Desk.
We also offer document management against certain objects allowing users to filter, add and retrieve a single document. We also do not allow users to delete documents via the API.
The API also allows users to mange certain workflows related to the Helpdesk, allowing them to create more streamlined integration between C365 and there other systems. - API documentation
