Cloud Stored data can be exported at anytime to users assigned the appropriate permissions.
- End-of-contract process
- At the end of a services contract, the user is notified of the contract expiration or non‑renewal based on agreed terms. The user should download or archive any required video footage, reports, or data before the contract end date, as access to cloud services and stored video will be disabled after expiration. User accounts are deactivated. Any remaining hardware remains the customer’s responsibility, and data retention or deletion is handled in accordance with Milestone’s data retention and privacy policies.
