We can analyse your training needs and create a training plan for your employees, to ensure that the training delivered meets your requirements.

Our most popular training offering is "train the trainer". Where we train a small number of individuals in an organisation, who can then go and train others in that organisation. However we also offer on-site and remote classroom training and coaching and mentoring for larger numbers.

Before your solution is released, we can provide performance, QA and accessibility testing. This will help to ensure the best solution possible is delivered.

Our testing includes - checking that your site adheres to your branding guidelines; that it meets your functional requirements, based on any defined user stories or functionality specification you might have; that it supports a range of devices, from smartphone and table to desktop PC/Mac; is secure and accessible (i.e. WCAG 2.1 AA); that the content and user journeys are good and there are no dead links.

When required, we also use third party services to perform accreditated accessiblity and security testing. This ensures the testing is done by a range of people with different abilities, such as mobility impairments, dyslexia, low vision or blindness, deafness, colour blindness and cognitive impairment.

Our support and after sales service includes content review, SEO and digital marketing services.

We offer a range of 2nd and 3rd line support services starting from annual contracts with dedicated time of 4, 8, 12 hours or more. Support is available every weekday 9am to 5pm, with guaranteed incident response times and service level agreements. Our support service includes - performance monitoring of applications and infrastructure to measure and alert on key performance metrics; a named account manager who you can contact, should you need to, to escalate any issues or make any general enquiries; ticketing system, email, web video calls and telephone support up to the number of hours specified in your contract. Extra hours are then available at an additional cost; support contracts with SLAs and response times.
