These offerings combine model builder support, as well as a suite of proactive resources—to help promote adoption of the Anaplan applications. The standard support package offers: 24/7 platform support desk. Platform uptime and performance issue handling Single sign-on (SSO) setup support and general platform inquiry support. The Hypercare offering includes: Priority queuing of support cases Quarterly end-user feedback interviews. One-on-one model-builder support . Logging, reporting, and suggested prioritisation of end-user enhancement requests and defects.
