Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - including response and resolution targets - are mutually agreed within the Statement of Work (SoW) to ensure alignment with the buyer’s specific operational needs. Our framework can scale from standard business-hour assistance to enhanced, high-availability coverage for mission-critical environments.
Our support costs are determined by the required coverage level and technical complexity. These are charged via our provided Rate Card for specialist resource time. All costs are clearly articulated and agreed upon during the call-off process.
Each engagement is supported by a technical lead for delivery and troubleshooting.
