Dataquest provide 1st and 2nd line technical support over the telephone, through our service desk, and our remote management tool . This is a paid for service see rate card for Pro-Active or Reactive support.
A call is recorded, triaged, as an Incident, Request or Change, in Depending on the contract that is entered into the support desk is available 24x7x365 or during Normal business hours.
