Our consultant led team incorporate migration and transition into their planning and design process to ensure successful Implementation. We are experienced in supporting both service users and staff through cloud migrations having demonstrable experience in successfully migrating our clients to cloud. With regular checkpoints throughout the process, our experienced consultants will get the service off the ground and into the cloud, ensuring that industry best practice is followed. All aspects to deliver the final solution will be implemented by this service including cloud infrastructure setup, data migration, security configuration, and any required bespoke development

We will help our clients to assess if a Cloud-based architecture is right for them. We have experience with several platforms that can be used for Cloud delivery, and will support our clients in the selection of the most appropriate tools for the task. During the course of the engagement, we undertake 1:1 reviews initially weekly and latterly at least once a month. A SLA is agreed at the outset and regularly reviewed to check it remains appropriate. Our targeted Test services are delivered by experienced team members and include: Functional, Regression, Compatibility, Load, Integration, Acceptance, Security and Usability.Test Strategy includes, scope, approach, constraints, risks, issues and assumptions, tooling, environment, data requirements and entry/exit criteria. Using automated unit testing and integration testing tools to deliver.

The core working hours for the Logistream team are Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.00 excluding Bank Holidays.

Support levels are agreed with clients and are offered on a tiered basis of Gold, Silver, Bronze service, in line with client needs. Pricing for the service is variable based around the specific support model and technical requirements of the client environment. Fighting climate change

Logistream endeavours to ensure all our services align with industry best practices. We are aligning our services with Cloud Computing and are in the process of being fully cloud based. With such replacements of physical hardware and connections, we have significantly reduced our carbon footprint, energy consumption and wastage.

Covid-19 recovery

During Covid 19 phase, we moved all our staff to remote working, all the necessary equipment and resources, from laptops to monitors that were essential for their work where moved to their home. As part of ways of working, we were already collaborative environment, which made the transition easier for us as a business and for all our clients.
We have now moved to a hybrid-working model and the option to come into the office if there is a requirement
