The client will have a System Administrator role for the service and be able to download, modify or delete their data as required from the underlying data repository.

The client contract provides access to enterprise architecture toolset.
Four weeks prior to the end of the contract the client will be made aware of the impending termination. The client will, as System Administrator, have the opportunity to remove all client data from the enterprise architecture tool prior to termination.
Upon contract termination the client will lose all access to the Enterprise Architecture tool provided by Slowhorse Ltd.
Following the termination of the contract Slowhorse Ltd will create a full download of the client's data still held within the Enterprise Architecture tool at the point of termination and make this available to the client as a digital download.
Following this digital download all data remaining within the client's enterprise architecture tool will be deleted.

The customer is able to both customise the attributes that are stored and to modify how these are presented to the audience. The presentation interface includes a highly configurable Microsoft Power BI component which is both powerful and intuitive.

Slowhorse seeks to work towards net zero throughout the life of this G-Cloud contract. To that end all workers are encouraged to:
- MINIMISE TRAVEL, whether commuting or between places of work. Slowhorse employees and their sub-contractors will be actively encouraged to follow the company’s remote working procedures.
- MAXIMISE the use of VIDEOCONFERENCING & COLLABORATION PLATFORMS to reduce their carbon footprint.
- Use ENERGY EFFICIENT EQUIPMENT e.g. those with the ENERGY STAR rating.
- REDUCE POWER SETTINGS. Employees and subcontractors are encouraged to limit screen brightness to 50%, set screens and IT devices to Sleep after 5 minutes of inactivity and set these items to Hibernate after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- MAXIMISE the use of NATURAL LIGHT, reduce office lighting and position computers and screens close to natural light sources.
- MANAGE HEATING & COOLING by setting thermostats to energy-saving temperatures during work hours.
- REDUCE PAPER USAGE. Minimise printing and rely on digital documents whenever possible .
- PAPERLESS PRACTICES: Minimise the use of paper by digitizing documents, storing files electronically and opting for electronic communications and transactions whenever possible. Utilize digital tools for note-taking, document signing, and collaboration to reduce the need for printing.
- ELECTRONIC WASTE MANAGEMENT: Properly dispose of electronic waste by recycling old or obsolete IT equipment such as computers, monitors, printers and peripherals where these devices do not hold any sensitive or official materials.
- CONSCIOUS CONSUMPTION: Practice mindful consumption by evaluating the necessity and longevity of purchases before acquiring new items. Consider renting, borrowing, or sharing equipment and resources with colleagues or local community members to reduce individual waste.
