- How the planning service works
- C3IA work with clients to determine the benefits available to their organisation of transitioning to or between cloud services and solutions. We baseline the client's IT maturity in preparation for cloud adoption and support the development of strategies to receive cloud solutions/services. We provide clients with multiple tangible options and recommendations which are aligned to the organisation’s needs and optimised to the environment, budget, risk appetite and security requirements. We create a solution and technology roadmap to deliver the cloud maturity desired, and select the most appropriate IT, Engineering, Project Management and Security methodology to deliver optimum effect. We timebox all activity.

- We offer strategic and technical support to the organisation pre and post the initial implementation phase; supporting, guiding and advising our clients in the set up and migration to or between cloud solutions/services. We apply the most appropriate IT, Engineering, Project Management and Security methodology to deliver optimum effect: Agile, Waterfall and Dev Ops as transition into live service. We will adapt the approach and tailor the migration according to client requirements, organisational needs and risk appetite: time-boxing and targeting specific delivery outcomes; planning and executing; or taking a trials approach. We can establish Service Management functions aligned to the client environment and solution option. Where appropriate we will become a "Customer Friend" helping to choose and implement cloud solutions or act in the role of "Delivery Partner".

We are also working to achieve ISO 14001, Environmental Management, to further demonstrate our enthusiasm towards the environment and reducing our impacts.
