How the planning service works
We provide services at all stages whether at Selection, Planning and Costing, Implementation or Post Implementation

We analyse the issue or problem, current situation, and options for solutions. New technology is not always the answer, there can be improvements in use of current software, the implementation, or a current process. We can analyse and advise.
Where something new is required, we will advise and help in the development of the business case, project planning, scope and whether current off the shelf software is available or even, if you wish to develop something specific, we can identify the requirements and an appropriate developer/provider.
If you have decided to develop your own solution or Application we can assist during this process if required.

Once you have the chosen your solution, we can also assist with the implementation process. Whether that is ad-hoc support, at defined stages and or for the duration of the implementation or at key milestones.

Finally, in the post implementation phase we can continue to support the operation of the solution, to ensure it is as expected, and snagging issues and evaluation of outcomes to expected benefits.
