How the training service works
Sigma Labs consultants have all completed a bespoke 16-week training programme, as well as a 4-week pre-course. The programme offers a structured technical syllabus, covering software fundamentals, data practices and applied projects, with modern technologies and principles. Consultants will have completed four real-world case studies end to end, including requirements gathering, design, implementation and delivering to a group of senior stakeholders. Alongside, Sigma Labs provides Professional High Performance (PHP) training to ensure our consultants are able to quickly excel when placed into client programmes. This covers; mindset, effective behaviours, problem solving and business fundamentals. Post-programme, on-going training and development is provided in the form of executive coaching, yearly certification allowances and mindset training delivered by an ex-GB Olympic performance psychologist.

Sigma Labs consultants will have a dedicated executive coach and access to technical support during their placement with buyers. Consultants will have weekly one-to-ones during the on-boarding period, then monthly one-to-ones for the duration of the placement. They will also receive regular reviews to ensure client and consultant success.
