During Covid-19 we subscribed to the government Kick Starter scheme and have retained the two employees we recruited, quickly moving to full-time workers, and investing time and training to become senior Technology Professionals on market rate pay. We enabled all our workforce to work from home and eliminated all travelling during the Covid lock-down period, our customers were all fully supportive and we continue to invest in a working from home basis for all employees and sub-contractors. During lock-down we ensured regular informal communication through telephone and video conferencing, with formal team conferences taking place at least weekly ensuring teaming and socialisation remained a strong priority for our business.Tackling economic inequality
As a designated small business, we concentrate on recruiting individuals at the start of their career and training into senior and C Suite positions. We are cognizant of the difficulty small businesses face in our sector and we work with similar sized companies to help achieve growth, through formal work methodologies and joint ventures.
