Taleos Consulting helps organisation design and build the IMO (information Management Organisation) to enable faster processing, higher data quality and improved compliance, enabling improved BI and decision making.
We work with key departments and stakeholders to lay out the agreed quantifiable measures, that reflect the critical success factors of an organisation. Based on an analysis of the organisational mission, the KPIs measure progress towards those goals.
As part of initial planning, we also set out the approach to how data will be captured, aggregated and presented for exploitation and analytics. We use our Data Quality Framework to help customers rapidly identify data issues and progress them through to resolution.
