Our project planning approach is collaborative and tailored to your project's goals, ambition, and constraints. We leverage our extensive experience in cloud hosting and software services to provide a suggested outline plan, which we then refine together with you.
We prioritize an agile approach, focusing on delivering a minimum viable product (MVP) early to prove the case for change. When planning cloud projects, we ensure the right emphasis is placed on:
1. Business value and cost drivers
2. Maturity levels of deploying and end-user organizations
3. Security and privacy constraints and concerns
4. Data integration requirements
5. Architectural necessities
6. Existing skills and capabilities to manage cloud services
7. Compliance obligations
8. Current outsourced arrangements, especially service levels from cloud infrastructure providers, where applicable - Planning service works with specific services

At Covelent, we adopt an experiential learning approach to training that incorporates the SODOTO (See One, Do One, Teach One) methodology to effectively transfer skills and capabilities to our clients. This ensures our clients not only acquire new skills for their own use but also gain the ability to share and develop these skills among colleagues.
In terms of technical operation and management, when we develop Cloud services for our clients, we provide training to their staff on how to use and manage these services. We also offer this training for the deployment of third-party software.
We create opportunities for both formal and informal training to ensure that client teams and individuals are well-equipped to drive and deliver progress independently. This includes:
1. Conducting formal and informal feedback and coaching sessions for senior stakeholders and managers, such as SROs and Directors, to accelerate delivery and enhance leadership behaviours.
2. Providing on-the-job peer-to-peer coaching and support to team members, focusing on both soft skills and technical skills development.
3. Delivering formal classroom training related to the new cloud service or supporting services being implemented, as well as training in strategy consulting skills, such as storylining, slide writing, problem-solving, presence, and influence. - Training is tied to specific services

Our services assist clients in transitioning to the cloud or moving between cloud providers. We support our clients through the following steps:
1. Analysing the current setup and pinpointing key aspects.
2. Developing a business case for cloud migration or transitions between cloud service providers.
3. Determining the desired end state—selecting which services and applications to migrate—and choosing the appropriate platform (public, private, or hybrid cloud).
4. Preparing for migration by outlining necessary changes to the operating model to support the desired end state, including high-level organisational implications.
5. Conducting market analysis to inform further procurement and contracting strategies.
6. Handling sourcing and contract negotiations.
7. Defining the target technology and data architecture.
8. Developing a clear implementation roadmap, detailing milestones, responsible parties, and the support needed to achieve the desired end state. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services
