Our Application Managed Service (AMS) provides ongoing support, including 24/7 access to the support portal, office hours support, triage management, certified consultants, dedicated account management, and incident reporting.

Priority levels are defined as Critical, High, Normal, and Low, with response resolution targets set accordingly: Critical within 2 business hours, High within 4 business hours, Normal within 8 business hours, and Low within 12 business hours.
We commit to interim strategies/resolutions within specific timeframes and case resolution within defined periods for each priority level. This ensures timely and efficient support for resolving any issues or requests encountered by our customers, facilitating smooth operations and minimising disruptions.
