- How the planning service works
-
Affinus enters a consultative conversation. This involves: Understanding the business context of the project and the critical success factors including: cost, time, function, and value.
An assessment of the existing IT ecosystem to produce a range of options and approaches (with estimated costings) that could meet the business need.
A design phase elaborating a high-level design (HLD) of the chosen approach including: a high-level project plan, estimated budget and time-scale, and an outline of the resource dependencies on the organisation. Upon approval of the HLD, a low-level design (LLD) is produced with a detailed project and change plan. This also addresses knowledge and skills transfer, formal training requirements, and documentation of the build and deployment approach. - Planning service works with specific services
