Curium will undertake independent soft market testing on your behalf to:
- help inform you of market developments and the art of the possible
- help shape your requirements and challenge your current thinking
- shortlist relevant suppliers.

We will support you at all stages throughout any tender process from helping complete comprehensive tender documentation to choosing your supplier.

Once the chosen supplier is onboarded we will undertake all business analysis, process improvement and design and business impact analysis so you fully understand the extent of the change you are about to undertake. This will all be translated into a comprehensive project and change plan very much focussed on how the chosen solution will land within your organisation so as to minimise the impact on your staff and maximise the take up of the solution leading to the realisation of the desired benefits.

How the setup or migration service works
Curium will support you with a data mapping exercise so you can clearly see how the data will migrate from one system to the next. Prior to the actual migration we will support all data cleansing activity and also identify whether all data needs to be transferred or whether some can sit within a suitable archive environment. Finally we will also undertake an impact analysis so those people who use specific data sets are fully understood in order to impact whether such a migration will have a significant impact on their jobs.

From an organisational structure point of view we will identify the impact on the back office support teams should you be moving from an inhouse to Cloud based solution and design the future operating model and organisational design now needed to support the new systems. This extends to the managing the necessary people interventions to deal with the changing organisational design.
